Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive an invoice via email outlining your remaining balance and flexible payment options.

Payment Policy
Payment Terms & Conditions
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your spot and retreat accommodations. All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the host, a full refund will be issued.
Participants are responsible for completing all scheduled payments by the dates listed on their invoice. Reservations with no payment activity for two consecutive months may be subject to cancellation due to nonpayment.

Following your initial deposit, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Payment reminder notices will be sent via email at least 7 days prior to each due date.
Monthly payment amounts may vary depending on the experience option selected.
