📅 October 15–17 (Thursday Evening – Saturday Morning)
Your deposit secures your reservation. An invoice for your remaining balance will be sent via email with available payment options. All payments are non-refundable and must be completed by the final due date.

• Remaining balance will be split into 3 payments
• Final balance due 1 month before the retreat
• All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your spot and retreat accommodations. All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the host, a full refund will be issued.

• This experience begins Thursday evening with a welcome dinner. Arrival time is between 4pm -630pm.
• Checkout is Saturday morning
