I’m Tica Sullivan—mentor, travel advisor, educator, and lifelong learner with a passion for helping others grow. With over 25 years of leadership experience, I’ve worn many hats—but at my core, I’m a teacher through and through.
That calling started early. By third grade, I had already transformed my bedroom into a makeshift classroom, teaching my younger brothers how to read, write, and do math. Around that same time, my parents enrolled me in piano lessons, and that opened the door to a lifelong love of music. Violin in elementary school, flute in middle school, and eventually a full ensemble of instruments by high school.
Naturally, I pursued a degree in Music Education and later earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership—all while serving in the Army Reserves, where I reached the rank of Specialist.
Today, I blend those experiences to help others learn boldly, love deeply, and live purposefully—whether it's through coaching, travel experiences, or educational platforms. My mission? To inspire growth, create impact, and walk alongside others as they unlock the next version of themselves.

A Glimpse into My Story
Although I’ve always had a passion for education and personal growth, I struggled to make choices that truly served my well-being—relationally, personally, and financially. I was known as the QUIET CHURCH GIRL, a label that masked my low self-esteem and misguided search for love in all the wrong places. I had knowledge of God and His Word, but I felt lost when it came to navigating life with that understanding.
In my early 30s, after enduring heartaches and mistakes, I began a profound journey of self-reflection. I immersed myself in prayer and the Scriptures, seeking to uncover my true identity in Christ. Today, I stand empowered by the choices I’ve made: choosing self-control, embracing transformation, and committing to a lifestyle of purpose.
Everything in life is a choice, and I am passionate about equipping others to navigate their own paths with intention. This journey of self-discovery has not only transformed my life; it has ignited a calling within me to teach vital life skills and promote emotional and spiritual wellness.
