Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to 6 Thirty Three Travel.
Cancellation Schedule
120 days or more before departure
The $195 reservation deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any additional payments made will be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit and any unrecoverable supplier fees.
119–91 days before departure
The $195 deposit is non-refundable.
25% of any additional payments made will be forfeited.
90–61 days before departure
The $195 deposit is non-refundable.
50% of all additional payments made will be forfeited.
60–31 days before departure
The $195 deposit is non-refundable.
75% of all payments made will be forfeited.
30 days or less before departure
No refunds will be issued.
Reservation Transfers
Reservations may be transferred to another traveler only if permitted by the travel suppliers and approved by 6 Thirty Three Travel. Any fees associated with the transfer are the responsibility of the original traveler.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is available as an optional add-on during registration. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for travelers who fail to arrive for their scheduled departure.
Trip Cancellation by 6 Thirty Three Travel
If 6 Thirty Three Travel must cancel the trip due to insufficient participation or circumstances beyond our control, travelers will receive a refund of all payments made to 6 Thirty Three Travel, unless an alternative trip or travel credit is accepted. Supplier and travel insurance terms may apply.

Your trip is a BIG investment. If you cannot afford to lose the money you have invested to travel, for whatever reason, we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance.
